Account deletion

You can delete your FalconXLive account yourself at any time.

On the website

1. Sign in at falconx.live.
2. Go to Account → Profile.
3. At the bottom, in Delete account, enter your password and press Permanently delete my account.

In the mobile app

1. Open Profile → Delete account.
2. Confirm with your password.

What is deleted

Your name, surname, e-mail, phone, document details, family members, favourites, notifications and all device sign-ins are deleted immediately.

What is kept

Order, booking and payment records are kept without your name, as required for accounting and by law.

If you cannot sign in, e-mail support@falconx.live from your registration address; requests are completed within 30 days.
